RAINBOW ROOM Retaining its name, the Rainbow Room from its days as a high end cocktail lounge in the 1970's, this sun-filled ocean view room features high box beam ceilings, a working fireplace, large oak dance floor, wooden bar and an upright piano. Conventions and meetings of 100 people space can be accommodated with a variety of configurations for seating arrangements. A multi-media LCD projector and screen, and a 3microphone PA system are available, as well as 5 CD surround sound system. For social events, the room can accommodate groups of 75 for banquets, receptions or specialty performances. Catering is available for large or small events providing complete food service from snacks to elegant four course dining. From time to time the hotel will have specialty entertainment, ranging from jazz and blues quartets and trios to dinner theatre. This area is open to minors and presents an opportunity for adults to socialize with their older children while enjoying these performances.

FIRESIDE LOBBY The Fireside Lobby area can be used in conjunction with events in the Rainbow Room to provide additional capacity for larger events. This area has dramatic spatial features with a grand staircase, chandeliers; high box beamed ceiling, dramatic entry arches and a working Inglenook fireplace. Licensed for 85 people this a perfect space for wall displays, information tables and walk about entertaining. |
